Don't spend hours when minutes matter.

When health advice feels confusing, we help you see what's important.

Understand what’s important in minutes
See where experts agree — and where they don’t
Know what to ask your doctor or vet

Based on real expert conversations.

Health information is abundant.
Clarity is not.

Conflicting opinions. Simplified claims. Complex studies reduced to a few sentences. Most people don't lack information. They lack clarity.

We turn expert conversations into clear, structured answers you can actually use.

1

Review real expert conversations

We work with full expert discussions — not summaries or headlines.

2

Focus on what actually matters

We filter out noise and highlight what makes a real difference.

3

Make the reasoning visible

We look at what arguments are based on — not just conclusions.

4

Show where experts agree — and where they differ

So you can see the full picture, not a simplified version.

Patterns across many voices

This project analyses conversations with researchers, clinicians and thinkers working across nutrition, metabolism, aging, and disease. Rather than presenting isolated opinions, the goal is to observe patterns across many discussions.

This work has personal roots.

Pako, my dear dog, and Lucia, a close friend, both faced cancer. Wanting to help them, I turned to the internet in the hope of finding answers — reading studies, listening to expert discussions, and trying to understand what the evidence actually said.

The deeper I went, the more complex the picture became. Experts often interpreted the same studies differently, discussions moved quickly, and the language used was not always easy for non-specialists to follow.

Over time it became clear that the problem was not a lack of information — but a lack of structure.

This project grew out of that realization: an attempt to slow those conversations down, organise the ideas, and make complex discussions easier to understand.

The goal is simple: clarity before conclusions.

This project does not replace doctors or medical advice.
It helps readers understand discussions more clearly.
It helps people ask better questions.
