Because the Day Pass unlocks immediate full access, it becomes non-refundable once activated.
Technical access issues are fully refundable within 48 hours — just email us.
Monthly
Cancel anytime from your account. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
First-time Monthly subscribers can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the product isn't what they expected.
Annual
30-day full refund guarantee for first-time Annual subscribers. No questions, no pressure. If toClarity isn't what you hoped for, ask within 30 days and we'll refund the full amount.
After the refund window, cancelling stops future renewals while preserving access through the current billing period. We generally don't issue partial refunds for unused time, but we're always happy to review special situations.
In special circumstances we may offer account credit or another fair solution — just reach out.
EU consumer law
EU consumers have a standard 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts on digital content. Our 30-day Annual refund window exceeds this minimum unconditionally for first-time subscribers.
How to request a refund or cancel
Cancel a subscription: sign in and use Manage subscription in your account menu. This stops renewal and is the fastest way.
Request a refund: email us at support@toclarity.app. Include your account email and which subscription tier the refund is for. We aim to respond within five business days.
